Terms

These are the simple rules for using ZEIM. By using ZEIM you agree to them. If we change them, we will update this page.

• Accounts are for adults 18 and over only. You confirm your date of birth when you sign up. If you are under 18, please don't create an account.
• Mature content: mild NSFW (artistic nudity, figure sculpts) is allowed only when tagged NSFW; it is hidden by default; people who opt in in settings see it blurred with a "Mature content" label and confirm before it is unblurred. Explicit or sexual content is not allowed and is removed.
• Anyone can build, learn and download without an account. ZEIM is for adults 18 and over.
• Everything you share must follow the community rules: untagged content must be clean and safe for all, and nothing explicit is allowed anywhere. We may hide content and suspend accounts that break them, including accounts held by someone under 18.
• Only share photos and designs you have the right to use. You keep ownership of what you share; by posting it publicly you let ZEIM show it and let others view and download it on ZEIM.
• ZEIM is free for core features (make, slice, lithophanes, plate editor, community, downloads). Optional supporter plans may be offered after the pilot to help cover hosting; they never lock core features.
• Uploaded photos and shared content can be reviewed by moderators. You can delete your own builds and prints, or use Delete my stuff to remove everything you made.
• ZEIM is provided "as is", without warranties. Check models and printer settings yourself before printing; we are not responsible for failed prints or damage to printers or materials.
• We may change or stop the service, or suspend accounts that break these terms.
• ZEIM uses open-source software. Slicing powered by PrusaSlicer (AGPL-3.0), unmodified; it runs as a separate program and its source is available at that link. ZEIM's own code is not open source. See credits.

Copyright (DMCA) takedowns

If you believe something on ZEIM copies your work without permission, send a notice that includes: your name and contact details; the work you say was copied; a link to the item on ZEIM; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. Send it to: nightmareopsstudio@gmail.com.

When we get a complete notice we will remove or hide the item and let the person who posted it know. If your item was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same contact. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing work will lose access.
